Naxx 25!!! 6.13.09/6.14.09

Hey everyone! We have decided to start running Naxx 25!!! We will most likely have to pug out for the first couple of weeks, but we are recruiting (carefully). I am not sure about what kinds of group makeups we need yet, if anyone has knowledge about this, please let me know. Sat at 7st will be the kickoff run. Let us know who can commit to this, this is what we've got so far...

for 25naxx u need 5-6 heals
along with at least 2 shadow priest/holy priests
or any priest that can MC.

hey count me in...any idea about 10 ulduar at all? Just figure if we can tank 25 naxx, we should be at least close to tanking 10 ulduar...maybe I'm wrong...but I'd like to get back there soon.

we got up to the tier bosses in Uld this weekend but had difficulty beyond there...what does everyone think? I think we either need to gear everyone up in Naxx 10 or get some Naxx 25 gear first. Maybe work on Uld as well in the meantime...we did do well this weekend and all got some nice tokens and gear...but we did have several well geared pugs so IDK.

I don't think Deathtore would want to run Naxx 25--if he's available, I think we should run 10 Ulda; but I'm available for Naxx 25 if we can get the horses--so sign up and tell others online to check the forum.

In other words, if we can get Deathtore then I think we can run Ulda for at least 5 bosses--maybe more. Regardless, let's sign as many up as we can to Naxx 25 and see how many folks we have. I, personally, don't think we have the heals for Naxx 25 yet, but we may be able to pug...maybe.

Anto, are you really available for Naxx 25--no longer running in your guild?

I'll definitely do that, but I have been talking to people and the consensus is that they was 25 content, not ULD, even though we will have to pug. I'm cool with doing the first 5 bosses, but we wont have Rack for sure. What I've been hearing mostly is that people want 25...and deathtore did say he'd be good with 25 naxx if I heard him correctly.

What about Willie Nelson--can he help us heal?

yeah, he is Thomass. Dual shadow/holy. Anto said we needed shadow. Calen is also fsaving her priest for us...but I need to talk to her about letting james bring his computr over so they can both play.

I hate to do this but things hit the fan at my house yesterday and I really need to take sat and sun off to get my car running and registered so I can go get myself a job...I really hate that but real life is totally kicking me in the butt right now and i can't get this stuff done without Mary driving my sorry butt around. I will try to make this run, and stay as long as I can.

Glad you can make it Decerto. For Ulda, we will still need Healz it looks like.

Thomas and Bilo and then we can try and pug one or sweet talk Rack. It's always hard and hostile when we first start running a new Raid zone, but it will get more mellow and fun. Rack, where are you? Come back and enjoy the ride as it starts to smooth out.

I'm sorry for such late notice, but I'm not going to be able to make it.

I'm happy to heal, also would welcome recommendations for adds to aid in healing and tips in how to use them.

I just wanted to express to everyone how very pleased I am with today's Naxx 25 run! We took out 5 bosses, and the entire Arachnid Quarter. This went very well, particularly the fight against Maexxna. We worked hard and there was lots of teamwork. We also learned some new strategies for the bosses as the fights are a little different in the heroic version. So I want to thank everyone for working so hard. I had a blast and I hope we can do it again.

I agree...we had some hang ups but overall I think I we learned more as a guild on how to take these guys down. It wasn't the smoothest thing but I think its safe to say that next time we do this, we'll have an easier time through at least the 5 that we did. Hopefully if we get some stronger DPS then Loatheb wont be an issue as much...Any ideas on if we'll try this again this weekend?
