Website vs. Calendar Invites
I think part of the reason this site is d-e-a-d, dead is b/c we're using the in-game calendar invites instead of the old-fashoned way to sign up for raids.
I think something is lost with the in-game system. Not only do we miss the opportunity to interact in a general way here, but the in-game system lacks the organizational elements afforded by this forum.
For instance, setting out who will be the tanks, heals, melee dps, etc. will make assembing a successful group composition much more likely, instead of just popping in Sat/Sun morning and trying to figure out what we have on the fly.
Whaddya ya'll think?

Re: Website vs. Calendar Invites
I think we still need to use the website for organizational purposes. This way we don't have too many of one type of character (like dps) and not enough of another (like tank/healer).

I agree, the lack of a time stamp on sign ups is also an issues should we get too many people to sign-up.
