I hope to get this in asap, but we may need to wait until Thursday as I have my week of work ahead of me.
I asked only 70s these questions, and will ask the lowbies these questions when they hit 70, you guys have time to think. Smile
These were the questions
1. What do you want out of the guild and what do you value about the guild now?
2. What is your true availability?
3. What are your goals in game?
4. Do you want to raid Karazhan? (many times this was answered in previous questions, all current 70s want to go into Karazhan)
5. How do you think we can get Karazhan to work, what needs to happen and how can it be organized?

If you have anything additional to say, or the lowbies want to have a say, now would be a great time.

You'll have a spot for me if we have people on during Thanksgiving and Christmas break, right? I hope to do a bit of rading before I return to school for the 'long' haul next January. Sad

Sunday's looking good, please post here a time you would prefer so I don't gotta go around trying to whisper everyone again Very Happy

I personally am flexible on a sunday...as long as we got a set time in advance. This will be for the next sunday, not this sunday. So give me general and specific times for the next sunday. But we wanna get a set time going.
Anybody that isn't keyed (cough Azurial cough) should get keyed by Sunday September 30th. This is our tentative date for our first Karazhan run. If we have at least 6 players, with at least 2 tanks and 2 healers we will pug the rest of the dps.
A strats/gear/potions can be put into the PvE forum. It is important that you post any knowledge you have about your class into this forum. I cannot possibly research all the classes and see what pots and gear they should be using, I need everyone's help on this.
The right # of people will come, I will open up Recruitment Forums, they will need to have an acceptable armory and a trial 5 man run to become part of the guild.
Rules for VoiP, I dont think this is neccessary, although I will state that I want everyone talking if something's up. I will be the raid leader but I dont know everything about every class, its your job to let me know and be heard, so that all classes and specs can be utilized to their fullest.
Loot rules..Same as 5-mans, I want this to be a fast process, I do not want to have to wait around for 15 mins. to distribute loot. It will be much like 5-mans, we will distribute loot and keep on moving.
Calendar system to signup-I dont know how to do this but ill look into it.
Forums can work in the same way though, we can see how important it is that everyone checks these.
Grazny the football player wanted a roster and wanted competition, I thought this was pretty funny. But yes, if down the road we gotta pick people it will be based first on skill, then gear, then spec.
A regular runtime-Yes this would be good to establish.

1. What do you want out of the guild
Kara- working on it
Raiding and instancing- OK
Scheduled runs-this is what these forums are for. Its been stated many times.
more players-yes going to recruit

what do you value about the guild now
The people- Yah, we really are an awesome group. I just died in my short stint in WoA, you forget what the general wow populace is like, we are quite sheltered in our guild.

good players-For the most part, I agree.

community aspect- Yes, this is big. This is my #1 priority on keeping intact.

For Sundays right now, any time of day looks good. I've just been doing stuff as I get to it on Sundays, so I really don't have things planned on that day except like if I have a houseguest.

2pm server time (5pm EST) Sunday is good for me; I think I expressed that to you in-game, Chev.

If you want potions from me, please sign on a few minutes early to give me time to run to the bank or whatever.

Also, I think we should have a 10 minute rule or something so that if people aren't on at the designated run time, we don't feel like we're screwing somebody by trying to pug their slot. Just a suggestion.
