I've been running Heroics for the rest of the healing plate, so of course it never drops. (What really grates me are those shaman shoulders. They've dropped for every run I've had through Slave Pens!) My only small consolation is that I can now make bonus healing potions on the druid now, and can cook up food for an additional healing buff...but aside from that, unless heroics start playing nice, Karazhan drops might be my only hope.

This website doesn't really tell you where to get new gear.

The best gear generally at this point in the game is from badges and PvP.

I just want to encourage everyone to read their class sites and modify their gear for the KARA run. This means getting the correct enchants and gems!!! Too many of us have mis-enchanted or unenchanted items or low level gems. I know many of you are carrying (expensive greedy little) alts, but please invest in one raiding toon that is ready to PVE. An investment now will pay off is smooth raiding and better gear, faster.
