I know it's gonna take time to learn a new spec, and your gear is not as good as other members, but your dps is lacking and one area where you can get an easy boost is your talent spec.
You are missing some key talents.

Precision +3% hit
Basically +3% dps right there.

Weapon Mastery -2% dodge
+2% dps

Max Flurry
This is a really good talent and should be maxed.

Thats 7 talent points

Places I would suggest taking them from:
Blood Craze 3 pts
Not a very good talent...if your in tanking gear you shouldnt be getting crit, in dps gear you shouldnt be getting hit...
For soloing its really not that strong, the talents above would help you more.

Improved Whirlwind 1 pt
Your dps cycle should be in such a way that you only need to put 1 pt into Improved Whirlwind.

The cookie cutter Fury build is going down into Impale and Deep Wounds, but if you wanna keep Last Stand,
points can be taken out of
Deflection
Improved Berserker Rage
Improved Execute
Commanding Presence (1 point)

Changing your talent spec alone will increase your dps by quite a bit.
