These are subject to change...
One thing I noticed was the Rapture and Grace talents deep in the discipline tree for priests. Can see how Improved Divine Spirit and Vampric Touch were nerfed significantly from their current OP'd states. I like the 51-point Holy Talent...prevents death in the next 10 secs...very nice.
Paladins and Hunters talent trees arent out yet.

There is no conversion.
I believe Death Knights will start at 55...you need a char at least lvl 55 to be able to make one.

I should mention a few things I've been hearing from Alpha
-The ability to switch between 2 preset specs w/o a respec cost.
-Healing gear is being removed and being replaced with all spell damage gear, healing talents will make up for the discrepancy and it will be like normal.
-Tabards for instances will be honored req. and if you wear one while in a different reputation instance you'll still get rep from whatever the tabard's affliation is.
-Only Badge Rewards up to your current tier raiding level will be obtainable.
-The lead designer has said that he wants to design 10-man instances to require just one tank. Doesn't mean there is not room for two though.
Jeff Kaplan: In 10 man raiding, we declare and say without a doubt, we expect you to have 1 tank there. 1 tank, and two healers. Some groups might bring 2 tanks and 3 healers, or 1 tank and an offtank, and then in 25, we've pretty much come out and said we expect you to have 3 tanks, and more healers than just two obviously

i've been playing around with the trees for a bit...I think that they are definately in need of changes.
Take Mages for example, it seems like when you go down one tree the other trees are useless, something ive always disliked about mage trees...like for fire you take 3 from the frost tree and 2 from arcane and then you really have no choice but to dump the rest in Fire. Wish there was a bit more synergy between the trees. The talent decisions also seem a little too easy, there's never a question between which talents to choose for the most part.

Looks like feral druids will be even nastier than before...not to mention more awesomeness for moonkin and resto specs. ..it kills me not having anything updated for paladins!

(Although looking at the different specs again really does tempt me to run around as retribution when grinding dailies...)
