Naxx Raid 4-1 4-2

Due to our swelling number of raiders we will be using the following system to help prioritize who goes using an as objective as possible process. Our goal is to keep our philosophy of flexibility and fairness, without dictating group composition and giving everyone an opportunity to gain gear. As we get better geared we will continue to improve this process so everyone can run.

Going forward we will be using the website to prioritize sign ups for Naxx run. Please sign up for the applicable slot below (Just post in this thread and I will sign you up on a first post basis). If your slot is full, please sign up for the alternative list and you will have priority for the following week's raid.

Anth and Mag have DPS priority for this week's run. If they sign up to this thread at any time, they will get into this raid and subsequent signers will be bumped into alt slots accordingly.

If you are in an ALT slot please do some research and list which bosses you need for lootz. Check here for the loot table: http://www.mmo-champion.com/index.php?page=819 If you are online when the raid hits that boss, we will do our best to swap you in for that fight.

RAID TIME IS 7AM SERVER SAT AND SUN MORNING. PLEASE BE 10 MINUTES EARLY. IF YOU ARE LATE, YOU WILL 1) BE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR SPOT FOR THAT WEEK'S RUN AND 2) YOU WILL BE ON THE ALT LIST FOR THE NEXT WEEK.

I'm up for dps for both days, this coming weekend.

I want everyone in the guild to feel like they can contribute suggestions to this process of finding a fair way to handle raiding and other issues as our guild is growing. Please feel free to post ideas here or talk to any of the leadership regarding your thoughts.

I was wondering if we had a head count on how many viable 80's we could field at once...not counting multiples on the same account. In particular how close we are to being able to fill a 25 man raid...Also there are some bosses that I'd be willing to sit out on to swap people in, I'll look it over before this weekend and find out which ones I don't need to roll for. Oh and I just realised that Easter isn't until the weekend after so I'm available both days

I'd like to take the last DPS slot. I can't be there on Sunday, but I can be there on Saturday at the appointed time.

I can dps on Sunday, not on Saturday as I have to work. I have never done Construct quarter and have not defeated Four Horsemen or Sapphiron. Of course, I'm down for Kelthuzzad too.

Update:

Right now we are full for Sat and Sunday. Rayne is currently the last slot with Death as alt for Sat and Oph with priority on Rayne's slot for Sunday.

Please note If Mag signs up, she will bump Rayne to the alt list, so Rayne and Death please research which bosses you need and both myself and Rapto have expressed willingness to swap out for you if you want to be online while we are raiding. Regardless, Death--you have priority sign up for next week (or the next time you can raid) and you will too Rayne, if Mag shows up.

Both of you, please confirm your availability for next week. Also, Death, if you can show up Sat morning and are online when one of the original folks who signed up are not, you will get in.

I would like to put out there that anyone who needs flasks or pots made, pleases either contact me or send me the mats and I will do my best to gather/make them during the week.

Mag has confirmed she can't run this week, so the above list is set for this week. Rayne is in for Sat, Oph for Sun with Death as first alternate on either day. Please tell anyone who hasn't signed up to sign up now for priority next week.

OK, we're full for Main Slots for this week and Alt Slots for next week. At least for DPS. If you want to OT or OH for next week and reserve a spot (and are not running in that spot now--looking at you Rackee and Qwik) then please post something so we can start planning our Raid next week.

It would be nice to have a Raid next week where we run some our less well geared guildees through some of the easier wings so that they gear up and then swap in the more geared folks as we progress. Goal is to get everyone leet lootz prior to Ulduar.

i talked it over with rack and ashley already.
but for spider and plague/military we may be taking Rackee as the third healer in place of Rackette. i'm not sure how this will work out but the two girls have bin working their ass off as of late to get their toons to 80, and i'd like a chance to reward them.

I think its do able. I think we have enough DPS to handle letting rack switch off to get gear.

Also, we need more healers and no one likes to pug. For 25s or whenever.

yeah that too...question, do we have any other priests in the guild that are anywhere near 80 yet? I ask b/c for 25 mans we need 2 Spriest and wasn't sure if rack was planning on being one of them or not.

I'm in for next weekend pending availability.
