New 80's Nax Runs

I thought I would set up a thread to discuss the Nax runs for new 80s. I want to make sure we have similiar objectives in mind.

IMO, the point is to gear up new 80 MAINS to give ourselves some depth for heroics/raids. With that in mind, here are my suggestions:

Priority 1: NEW 80 MAINS. Mains looking for gear drops in Naxx. Examples would include folks like Faddah, Runewolf, Edonil, Bowenn, etc. Ideally, the raid would be made up entirely of folks in that situation to maximize gear drop utility, but it will probably be necessary to draw from Priority 2 for the first few runs.

Priority 2: HEAL/TANK ALTS. Because we need 2 solid heals and 2 solid tank positions that those in Priority 1 may not quite yet have the gear to fill, we'll need to bring in vetran 80s to to get the job done the first few runs. We should be able to do this without having to draw from Priority 3. Examples of Priority 2 include Karenna, Rack's Priest (I think she has the gear for it), Chammois, etc.

Priority 3: Vetran 80 mains. Extra slots can be filled by anyone with an 80 who wants to go. Obviously, we'll have to chooe specific folks based on group balance. For example, if EZ and Graz are vying for the last dps slot, Ezmac should have preference b/c his greater DPS will support the raid much better.

Considering previous turnouts, I'm betting there will be room for just about anyone who wants to go, but it might be a good idea to have fairly laid out the reasoning for deciding who gets to go beforehand to avoid teeth gnashing on gameday.

Ideally, someone from Priority 1 (the folks who stand to benefit the most from these runs) will step up and agree to manage the raids once they've been through a couple of times and feel confident with the content.

Bilo has agreed to hang around outside the instance in case the raid needs extra heals. Likewise, if Patches is giving the tanks trouble, Graz will be on standby as well.

I'm available as needed, but my DPS is probably only needed on the last 2-3 fights (KT, Saph and 4horse/Thad). Generally, I'm happy to sit out and let those who need the gear go. I would love to start working a 10 Ulduar raid in with the Naxx mix of the new 80 and vets. I think we could rock the first 3-4 bosses and accelerate the loot gathering for the new 80s.
