Thanks Ianil for volunteering, I don't think i've ever seen Kestria signup on his own so somebody'll have to ask him.

My thanks to Ianil who is willing to let me go in her place, but I'm kind of tired of raiding with Kes for now. If you want me to run Qaadr to heal he could use the gear, but otherwise I'm out this weekend.

If we still have a slot open come Saturday, why not see about dragging someone like Raptorshaddo along? If we have to pug, I'd rather bring along someone we know. (Unless Voshar's up for it. I'll have to ask him later.)

I would also (just like Kestria) like the oppurtunity to bring Biloba in to heal in Kara. Lots of purple leather healing gear drops in there and I think we need to start equipping more healers with better gear so we aren't dependant on Graz respeccing and Relina's availability (since we know her schedule is changing sometime soon). I am psyched that Az is along for this healing journey but would like to replace Graz as a druid healer for our guild.....believe me, he doesn't mind Kara is the perfect environment to get more healers geared as we are beginning ZA which still gives our uber healers the chance to get better gear drops....just a thought.

Your right, we are a little thin in the healing department.
A backup healer is nice to have (in case Eth or Relina can't come) which I assumed could be Grazny due to his gear, but that's ok if you would like to be instead. Karazhan is still a great place to get badges and to gearup our mains for ZA...is it worth it to bring an alt that has no kara gear over just respeccing Dend though? Because I know she has been picking up a bunch of healing gear.
As long as our main healers are available, they need the badges that come from Kara...im still collecting badges myself.

I don't know what is going on with the website, but I wrote a lengthy entry regarding my opinion on future healers for the guild, and it is gone. So here we go again.....I am so psyched that Az has joined us for healing in Kara. I would also like the oppurtunity to bring Biloba in to heal in Kara since we are obviously short in this category guild wide. With Graz back in kitty form (which I am also very psyched about - as is he) we need more healers to be ready to raid. I know Kestria wanted to bring Qaadr in to get him purpled out and there is so much purple healing leather that I salivate every Saturday. In my opinion, a druid healer is always good to have along for the raid and I would love to fill that void (rather big void since graz was uber, imo). Chev earlier stated that those who didn't qualify for ZA would have priority in Kara and I think that this would be a great opportunity to foster along more healers for the strength of not just our raiding but our overall success as a guild....more heroics, more raids, etc. Especially since Relina is not available year round at this point. Dendroidia is pretty decked out and easily qualifies for ZA, so I would love to heal if possible on Biloba in Kara. Let me know what you think. Or I could try to do a pug run with her during the week if necessary and then she can fill in when we need her for guild runs.

This is a much better idea.

I really want to bring Anlise into Kara to get her geared as well, because as much as I love playing a mage - I also really want to be a healer as well. Other than a couple of weapon drops and a possible Tier 5 helm off of Prince, there's nothing much left for Ianil other than badges in Kara. I would love to have Anlise make the run and want to see Qaadr and Biloba as well. We keep talking about how we would like a priest ... but every time I offer up Anlise, it's struck down. With undead, Anlise has better crowd control in Kara than Ianil does. If the food/water is an issue, we can bring in Ianil long enough to have her make mana biscuits, etc.

In other words, I really want not just my alt to have a shot at raiding, but also Biloba, Qaadr, and other main characters who have been working really hard on their alts and would like to raid with the guild with them.
