Wouldn't you rather try to clear ZA before the expansion?
Until we're clearing a few bosses in ZA, Kara will be a better source of gear, and something that our current healers can still take advantage of.
There is so much badge gear out there nobody should be even close to maxing themselves out on them.
If there's enough interest, perhaps you guys can schedule an alt kara run. But for now, Kara is way too important for our progress, if we were switching in and out alts we'll never get through ZA.

I think we are discussing two different issues....of course we all want to move on to ZA and move forward with raiding. BUT looking at the immediate future, we will be stalled as a guild for raiding without proper healers to replace Relina when she goes to work and/or school and what if Az needs a weekend off? I am not willing to pay for respec's every weekend with Dendroidia....furthermore, I don't know which druid I am going to continue with in the expansion and want both geared well for that day when I make the decision as to who to leave at 70.

We ran a pug of Kara tonight and I appreciate everyone stepping into different roles to make this happen. We just need to be forward thinking in order to keep our momentum moving in the right (epic geared characters) direction.
